Finishing 

Print Plus can handle all sorts of finishing processes: spot varnish (machine or UV), film lamination (Matt or gloss), foil blocking, strip gumming, perforating, cutting and creasing, special folds -- you name it, we do it!

Spiral binding is available using Wire-O equipment -- ideal for calendars and books that need to open flat. Perfect binding and thread sewn case binding is also available.

Hand finishing is appropriate for all sorts of jobs where machine finishing is not suitable, such as making up folders and point of sale material; wire stitching, eyeletting, round cornering etc.

The Horizon Saddle-stitching machine can collate, stitch and trim into booklets at around 6000 an hour.

​

The Horizon folder can fold from up to B2 size sheets and can handle jobs as small as pharmaceutical leaflets around 46,000 sheets an hour.
